Here’s a quick introduction to the Text node and how it works.
The text node is a powerful tool for concepting, visual analysis, and information processing across your personalized workflows. Treat it as an information hub — connect it to other nodes to extract, transform, and synthesize ideas, then feed the output into downstream image, video, or audio nodes. Explore the three ways to work with text nodes below.

Text to Text

Generate, transform, and combine text. Text to Text is built for textual visualization, information integration, and structured workflow organization.

Combine two or more text nodes

Connect two — or more — text nodes into a single text node to merge their content into a new output. The receiving node reads every input together, so you can fuse separate ideas, briefs, or references into one cohesive result.
For example, feed a brand brief and a target-audience note into one node and ask it to produce a campaign concept that draws from both.
Think of it two ways — converge multiple nodes into one to synthesize ideas, or branch one node out to many to iterate on a single vision.

Image to Text

Connect an image node to a text node to extract information from visual content — style, composition, and mood. Get creative in how you ask it to abstract the visual information.

Video to Text

Connect a video node to a text node to summarize, caption, or analyze motion, pacing, and narrative — turning footage into structured text you can reuse downstream.

  • “Summarize what happens in this clip”
  • “Describe the pacing and mood of this scene”
  • “List the key beats as a shot-by-shot breakdown”

Prompt Splitter

If a text node’s output contains a list, the toolbar automatically shows a Split list into nodes option. This breaks the text node into multiple nodes, each containing one list item. This is perfect when you use a text node to ideate creative directions or prompt ideas, then want to break those ideas into separate nodes to use as inputs for downstream image or video nodes.
Chain a text node → Split list into nodes → image or video nodes to turn a single brainstorm into a batch of generations in a few clicks.
