# Plans & billing

> Compare Free, Basic (~$49/mo), Pro (~$399/mo), and Enterprise plan tiers — then manage subscriptions, invoices, and credit top-ups via Stripe.

Elaris plans bundle seat access with plan-included credits. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from **Workspace → Plan tier**.

## How does billing work?

Elaris uses **Stripe** for all payment processing.

  <Step title="Upgrade your plan">
    Go to **Workspace → Plan tier** and click **Upgrade**. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout.

  <Step title="Manage payment methods">
    Access the Stripe customer portal from **Payments** to update cards, download invoices, or cancel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Top up with credit packs">
    On eligible plans, purchase additional credit packs from the Credits section. Packs are added to your balance immediately.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review payment history">
    All invoices and transactions appear under **Workspace → Payments**.
